Skills for Change

Founded in 1982, Skills for Change (SfC) is a non-profit organization that helps internationally educated professionals acquire work in Ontario. Through a number of diverse initiatives that range from general job search workshops to specialized mentoring programs, SfC’s aim is to help internationally educated professionals translate their professional experience into meaningful employment in Ontario’s regulated workforce industries. In addition to serving teachers, SfC has provided services for immigrant engineers, lawyers, physicians and more. SfC’s main office is located in Toronto, Ontario.
