Teach in Ontario is funded by the Government of Ontario and the Government of Canada through Citizenship and Immigration Canada and is managed by five organizations:

LASI World Skills is a non-profit community organization established by six local agencies serving immigrants in the Ottawa area (Catholic Immigration Centre, Immigrant Women Services of Ottawa, Jewish Family Services, Lebanese and Arab Social services of Ottawa-Carleton, Ottawa Chinese Community Services and Ottawa Community Immigrant Services).
LASI World Skills provides alternative employment services that connect employers to an untapped pool of New Canadian job-seekers. LASI World Skills is dedicated to responding to the needs of the labour market while promoting the skills and talents of New Canadians. World Skills' services include support for internationally educated teachers in teacher education, licensing applications, cross-cultural sensitivity workshops and employment in teaching or teaching-related jobs.
